The report documents the collection of air monitoring data, much of which is unpublished, from 22 actual tire fire emergencies. An exploratory analysis revealed that several types of summary statistics may be appropriate, if the air monitoring data were divided into those measurements taken at less than 1000 feet from the edge of the tire fire and those taken at greater than 1000 feet. The report is organized into three major components: Executive Summary, Detailed Report, and Appendices.
