Abstract |
This training module lists the statutory authorities for corrective action and explains their application; identifies the existing regulatory authorities for corrective action and explains their application; describes the four primary triggers for corrective action; describes the six main stages of the corrective action process; defines terms that are specific to the corrective action process (e.g., solid waste management unit, action levels); identifies the proposed corrective action regulations and the schedule for a final rulemaking; asesses whether or not financial assurance is required for corrective action; and describes how the corrective action program can apply to generators and other facilities that do not require a permit. |
