Abstract |
The purpose of the Supplementary Information Document (SID) is to provide a more detailed description of the final Guidance, including a statement of the basis and purpose of the final Guidance; a discussion of the major changes from the proposal; and an analysis of issues raised in comments received on the proposed Guidance and subsequent documents in the Federal Register. The SID is divided into 12 major sections and further divided within the sections into numerous subsections. Each subsection presents a summary of the proposal for that issue, significant comments received (with EPA's response to each), and the requirements for the final Guidance for that issue. |
