Abstract |
The purpose of this test is the measurement of bioconcentration factor (BCF) of CD28-0132(peak components 1 to approx. 5, 7) in the carp, Cyprinus carpio. The carp was kept in the aquarium where CD28-0132 was introduced continuously to maintain constant concentration. BCF was calculated as the ratio of the concentration of test substance between fish and the exposure water taken periodically for analysis. The information on the degree of bioconcentrations of the test substance was obtained by correlation curves of concentration factors vs. time. |
