Abstract |
The submission presents the summarized results of a skin absorption study in rabbits using Direct Black 38 Dye (CAS No. 1937-37-7) which was radioactively labeled with Carbon 14 in the biphenyl moiety. The submitter states that the preliminary data suggest that the dye or a portion of its molecule penetrates the unbroken skin of experimental animals and appears later in the urine and feces. |
