Abstract |
This document lays out a five year program strategy for the Great Lakes National Program Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This office coordinates with other EPA programs and with other agencies to support activities that benefit the Great Lakes and assist implementation of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement with Canada. The program strategy has two purposes. One is to inform other EPA programs, federal agencies and the states how the Great Lakes Office will address its longterm goals from 1986 to 1990. |
