Abstract |
This study was conducted on six albino rabbits, three males and three females, using both abraded and intact sites. The chemical was applied undiluted. AII female rabbits showed mild erythema at 24 hours at all sites. No erythema was seen in males and females at 72 hours and no edema at either 24 or 72 hours. G-TBA is classified as minimally irritating to the skin of albino rabbits using the Draize criteria for evaluation. |
