Abstract | Developmental toxicity was evaluated in groups of 27 female Charles River-CD rats receiving whole-body exposure to FC-152A (1,1- difluoroethane) at vapor concentrations of 0, 5,000 or 50,000 ppm, for 6 hours/day, on gestation days 6-15, followed by fetal examination on gestation day 21. The treatment was not toxic to the dams, embryos or fetuses, and was non-teratogenic. |
