Abstract | On April 12, 1993, we reported the results of an approximate lethal dose study in mice with this compound. This letter is to inform you of the results of a preliminary pharmacokinetic screen in rats. The test material was administered once by gavage to male rats at a dose level of 25 mg/kg. All rats survived. However, at 24 and 48 hours post dose, several rats exhibited clinical signs suggestive of central nervous system involvement, including splayed limbs, imbalance, abnormal gait and impaired locomotion. No formal report will be written for this study. |
