Abstract | This booklet focuses on how the owners and operators of regulated underground storage tanks can meet the December 22, 1998 deadline for upgrade. By that date, all tanks must have spill protection, overfill protection and corrosion protection as required by federal and state law. The booklet describes these requirements in some detail, but in straightforward language which we hope will be easily understood by most tank owners and operators. |
