Abstract |
The report contains the comprehensive water pollution control program for the Mississippi-Iowa-Cedar Rivers Basin of the Iowa State Department of Health, Illinois Sanitary Water Board, and the Minnesota State Department of Health. The program gives full consideration to the several present uses and to the reasonably anticipated future uses of the waters of this basin. It provides an equitable balance in the pollution control requirements for various private and public groups concerned. |
