Abstract | The chambers used in plant exposure studies at the National Center for Air Pollution Control utilize a dynamic, negative-pressure, single-pass flow system with uniformity of toxicant flow, mixing, and distribution in the chamber. The simple design, described herein, permits easy installation of numerous chambers in a single air-handling system while still permitting individual control of chambers. (Author) |
