Abstract |
Most refiners planning to produce gasoline after January 1, 2011 are required to submit annual pre-compliance reports to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) indicating their progress toward complying with EPAs gasoline benzene standards. Under the gasoline benzene regulations finalized on February 26, 2007, reports are due by June 1 of each year from 2008 through 2011 in order to provide updates on refiners compliance plans. This report summarizes information received from refiners in their 2010 pre-compliance reports. |
