Abstract |
Single doses of IN N7872-25 (30% active ingredients) were administered by intragastric intubation to fasted male and female rats. The LD50 for male and female rats was 5000 mg/kg of body weight. Clinical signs of toxicity were observed in lethally and nonlethally dosed animals. Deaths occurred up to 6 days after dosing. Gross pathologic examinations of rats revealed no specific organ toxicity. This material is considered to be slightly toxic (LD50 500 - 5000 mg/kg of body weight) when administered as a single oral dose. |
