Abstract |
The fundamental objective of the study is to assist the Environmental Protection Agency in finding ways to increase the nation's supply of pipeline quality gas and low sulfer fuel oil for stationary utilization, by reference to government regulation which attend these fuels. The report deals with the regulatory situation pertaining to the supply of low sulfur fuel oil. The natural gas portion of the study is available as PB-219 667. |
