Abstract | Isopropanol (78-83-1) was evaluated for developmental toxicity in Himalayan rabbits exposed by inhalation to the test substance at 0, 0.5, 2.5, and 5.0 mg/L (numbers of animals, methods and duration not reported). Cardiac septal defect defects were reported at incidences of 0.0, 0.0, 4.5, and 12.0%, respectively. The litter incidence of septal defects were reported at incidences of 0.0, 0.0, 25, and 40% , respectively. This document is a letter containing briefly summarized results. |
