| Abstract |
The report is the third and final report on research in the Division of Engineering and Applied Physics at Harvard University undertaken to obtain information on the possible removal of organic pollutants from waste waters and incidentially from polluted natural waters by adsorptive processes. The topics discussed include the following subjects: Adsorption in fluidized columns of activated carbon; Adsorption of organic pesticides on carbon; and Examination of effluents from activated-carbon columns. |
