Originally produced as a motion picture in 1993. Describes how the National Audubon Society restored New York City's Schermerhorn Building (a.k.a. 700 Broadway) in 1992. The NAS' renovated the Building to serve as its new headquarters and to function as a model of environmentally responsible design, increasing the century-old Building's energy efficiency and reducing its waste & pollution. |
