Abstract |
The Executive Summary is a companion volume to the Visibility Benefits Assessment Guidebook. Its purpose is to provide an overview of the major concepts and procedures covered by the guidebook. The Visibility Benefits Assessment Guidebook provides a comprehensive and critical assessment of visibility benefits analysis as it exists today. The Guidebook describes the relationship between atmospheric chemistry, visual perception, and theoretical and applied welfare economics and presents a description of the most promising methodologies for accomplishing benefits analysis. Case studies are also included. |
