Abstract
The report concerns an analysis of the benefits anticipated from control of combined sewer overflows. The subject of benefit analysis is uniquely important to anyone contemplating combined sewer overflow controls because of the nature of the overflows themselves, the distribution of combined sewer systems in the nation and the regulations governing their use.
