Abstract |
Sampling frequency evaluation procedures presented use a number of simplifying assumptions and basic statistical methods. Employing such an approach will facilitate use of these procedures and, therefore, set the stage for wider understanding and use of more sophisticated approaches that may be developed at a later date. Practical application has been an overriding consideration in development of these procedures. |
