Abstract
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has identified an immediate short-term objective of developing a wastewater-reuse guidelines document that will significantly increase interest in and assist implementation of wastewater reuse for nonpotable purposes. Irrigation and agriculture, industrial, recreation, and nonpotable domestic use. The guidelines have been developed to make water managers and resource planners aware of proven reuse possibilities that may exist nearby.
