Abstract |
Approximately 15 percent of existing U.S. houses are built over dirt crawl spaces, and little or no data exist relative to radon mitigation techniques for this style of house construction. The paper discusses and Environmental Protection Agency radon mitigation demonstration. A variety of techniques are evaluated in the study to determine the most effective and least costly method of radon mitigation. |
