Contents Notes |
During the late 1970's and 1980's, the Deer Creek Reservoir, near Salt Lake City, suffered from phosphorus oversupply and algal blooms. In 1979, an interdiscipliary, co-operative team was assembled to work with land owners on cleaning up the watershed. It is hoped that other lakes and reservoirs in Utah with problems will use the Deer Creek Plan as a model. |
