Abstract
The report represents the conclusions and recommendation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Science Advisory Board regarding the 1996 EPA Scientific and Technological Achievement Awards (STAA) program. STAA Program is an Agencywide competition to promote and recognize scientific and technological achievements by EPA employees, fostering a greater exposure of EPA research to the public.
