Abstract |
The enrichment of waters in natural basins often brings about biological excesses that are inimical to recreational and other water uses. The demand for clean, nuisance-free water, ever increasing with more leisure time and the growing population, will exert pressure for pollution abatement and water management to minimize nuisances. The book is written for persons involved in interpreting and managing the biological problems and associated phenomena of recreational lakes. |
