Abstract |
This report presents the rationale used in developing the analytical techniques for the carbon monoxide hot spot guidelines. Discussed in this report are the technical aspects of the guidelines, including the assumptions used in developing hot spot procedures. Since the guidelines were based largely on EPA's Indirect Source Guidelines, these are discussed in some detail, as well. |
