Abstract |
Azo dyes are of concern because of their widespread production and use and their potential adverse environmental and health impacts. Environmental exposure is normally via aqueous effluents of manufacturing and use industries, and treatment is at municipal wastewater treatment plants by activated sludge process. The report evaluates an inexpensive and timely protocol for predicting the fate of the dyes. |
