Abstract |
A gel permeation technique has been developed for tissue sample cleanup for gas-liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric analysis of low molecular weight polar organic (LMWO) compounds. The technique involves a two step procedure to first separate the bulk lipid material from LMWOs and then fractionate LMWOs by both polarity and molecular size. |
