Abstract |
The report summarizes the results of a Public Health and Environmental Exposure Assessment conducted by EPA Region IV on the proposed UNISON* PCB separation facility to be operated in Henderson County, Kentucky. The report is intended primarily as a public information document which describes those aspects of EPA's study which can be revealed without compromising UNISON trade secrets. The report summarizes information and analyses required by EPA to evaluate a request by UNISON to operate an alternate method of PCB disposal under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). |
