Abstract |
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Small Business Ombudsman (SBO) is pleased to submit this fifth Report to Congress describing the activities and accomplishments of the state Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Programs (SBTCPs) during the reporting period, January 1 - December 31, 1999. This report is being submitted in accordance with Section 507(d), Monitoring, of the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990 (CAA), which directs EPA to provide Congress with periodic reports on the status of the SBTCPs. This oversight responsibility has been delegated by the EPA Administrator to EPA's Small Business Ombudsman (SBO). |
