| Abstract |
The EPA Science Advisory Board's (SAB) Radiation Advisory Committee (RAC) reviewed technical aspects of the draft document titled 'Reconfiguration Design for the Environmental Radiation Ambient Monitoring System' (ERAMS). The charge to the RAC for this advisory was to assess the Agency's proposals for reconfiguring the ERAMS program and to respond to specific questions related to the effort regarding the reconfiguration design, the criteria used for matrix selection, determination of sampling locations and frequency, other network features, whether proposed changes will increase overall system usefulness to all the parties, and whether there are other issues or practices that should be addressed. |
