Abstract |
The study evaluated the feasibility of using five Neurobehavioral Evaluation System tests with children in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES III). Results indicated that three tests (Simple Reaction Time, Symbol-Digit Substitution and Continuous Performance Test) could be administered effectively to children in the second grade and above. Two tests--Digit Span and Serial Digit Learning--were not found to be suitable for use with children in NHANES III. |
