| Abstract | Information generated during this study and presented in this report forms the basis for a number of conclusions and recommendations. Some are: (1) a weighing program should be instituted; (2) indiscriminate roadside dumping should be stopped; (3) alternatives to present collection system should be implemented; (4) present landfill site has a remaining life of two years; (5) more detailed information including site geology and hydrogeology, land use, and transportation, is necessary before selecting a new site; (6) a materials recovery program might be implemented. |
