| Abstract |
This decision document presents the revised selected remedial action for contaminated soils at the Koppers Company, Inc. (Koppers) site in Oroville, California. The Record of Decision (ROD) amends the previously selected remedy for soils at the Koppers site. The revisions affect both the cleanup standards and the cleanup technologies selected in the 1989 ROD (PB90-177833) for this site. |
