| Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedial action for source control, operable unit 1, at the Tomah Municipal Sanitary Landfill (TMSL) site in Tomah, Monroe County, Wisconsin. This operable unit addresses the source of contamination by containing on-site wastes and contaminated soils. The function of this operable unit is to seal off the TMSL site as a source of groundwater contamination and to reduce the risks associated with exposure to the contaminated materials. |
