| Abstract | In Ada County, Idaho, the city of Boise and the Eagle Water and Sewer District have initiated wastewater treatment facility planning programs under the Clean Water Grant Program. Grant funds have also been requested by the Ada Planning Association to evaluate wastewater management alternatives in the rural portions of Ada County. The Environmental Protection Agency decided that a single environmental impact statement should be prepared to evaluate these proposed wastewater management projects in the Boise area. This environmental impact statement, together with the technical appendix, evaluate the significance of the project-specific impacts from an areawide perspective. |
