| Abstract |
The inspection guide was written and organized for use by State and local enforcement field inspectors. The purpose of the guide is to aid in the development of uniform evaluation procedure to determine compliance with NSPS requirements for nitric acid plants. The manual describes the operating principles for nitric acid plants and control techniques that may be used to determine compliance with regulatory requirements. |
