Abstract
This report presents the evaluation of the economic impact of the sulfur oxide regulations in Ohio focused on 302 manufacturing plants and institutional establishments. Of the plants reviewed three-quarters of the plants were boilers while the remainder were general process fuel burners such as cement plants, chemical processes and fuel gas burning industrial processes.
