Abstract | This decision document presents an amendment to the previously selected remedial action for the Monroe Auto Superfund Site (Site). The new remedy was chosen in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), as amended by me Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA) (42 U.S. Code, Section 9601, et seq.), and, to the extent practicable, the National Contingency Plan (NCP) (40 CFR Part 300). This decision is based on the Administrative Record for this Site. The U.S. Environmental Agency (EPA) Region 6 concurs with the selected remedy. |
