Abstract
The report is a presentation of procedures and requirements for use by all individuals considering or participating in Section 107 grant demonstration projects authorized by Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972. The report provides an interpretation of Section 107, defines the procedures and requirements for grant applicants, and discusses all phases of demonstration projects, including monitoring requirements and reports.
