| Abstract | A comprehensive survey was performed between March 1968 and February 1969 of the x-ray facilities in 11 Public Health Service hospitals and 20 outpatient clinics throughout the United States. Facility workloads, type of equipment, operator training, and equipment dificiencies were analyzed, and recommendations were made for improved training programs, equipment modifications, and continuing facility surveys at regular intervals.
