| Abstract |
The Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.) contains among its provisions a direction to the Secretary of the Interior to develop comprehensive programs for controlling pollution of interstate waters and their tributaries. The report is an interpretive summary of a report presenting such a program for Oregon's Willamette River. |
