Abstract
The Federal Water Pollution Control Administration has initiated a series of basin studies with the cooperation of state, local, and other Federal agencies. One of these basin studies is the Chesapeake Bay-Susquehanna River Basins project encompassing Chesapeake Bay and all its drainages. Fish and wildlife data used by this agency for the Susquehanna River Basin will be developed by the Northeast Region of the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, incidental to its participation in the Corps of Engineers' comprehensive study of that basin. Data for Chesapeake Bay proper and all remaining tributary basins were developed by the Southeast Region of the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife under contract with the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration and are presented in the report.
