| Abstract | The many key actions achieved during these first two years have brought us closer to our goal of cleaner waster across America. The Action Plan has provided a focal point for Federal action to assess watershed conditions, establish watershed restoration and protection priorities, and involve local stakeholders. From establishment of conservation buffers to protection of coasts and restoration of wetlands, the record of accomplishment in the two years since the announcement of the Action Plan covers a wide range of watershed issues. |
