| Abstract |
The Strategy establishes baseline nutrient loading conditions and the year 2000 nutrient loading target for each Bay watershed jurisdiction. It outlines a phased approach toward meeting the Agreement goal of a 40% reduction in nutrients by the year 2000 and identifies additional information needed over the next several years to refine the strategy and carry out the reevaluation to be conducted in 1991. |
