Abstract
The NPDES Watershed Strategy integrates the NPDES program into the Watershed Protection Approach and supports development of statewide basin management approaches. The strategy identifies key action items for the NPDES program and emphasizes critical areas in which the NPDES program must coordinate its point source control activities with the efforts of other water programs. This report is based on regional visits which summarize the status of various state efforts to integrate the NPDES program to watershed management.
