Abstract
EPA has collected and analyzed data for plants in the Aluminum Forming Point Source Category. There are no existing effluent limitations or performance standards for this industry. This document and the administrative record provide the technical basis for proposing effluent limitations guidelines for existing direct dischargers, pretreatment standards for new and existing indirect dischargers, and standards of performance for new source direct dischargers.
