Abstract |
This annual report documents the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs 10 years of remarkable success and rapid growth. The report details how states and EPA made the DWSRF a critical source of funding for public health protection for communities most in need; financially successful and robust lending program; key contributor to the sustainability of the nation's drinking water infrastructure; and dynamic program that will evolve to meet the needs of drinking water systems and state programs in the future. |
