The purpose of this report is to: (1) Describe the methodology for development of staffing criteria for state water pollution control agencies; (2) Present the results of the project; (3) Identify and analyze problems encountered during the project; and (4) Specify further actions which can be taken to provide management with full information on the human resource impacts of the Water Act. |
